...this is about the food vending machines - specifically things that are prepared with purchased food, i.e. things that are already on offer.these are foods that have a longer shelf life, such as dill pickles, canned mussels, canned Russian fish.just as an example.we want to know whether we can process this and how it develops.specifically, we have several examples - which are not tasty, as they are essentially solid - and only leave behind fatty, slightly oily waste, plastic waste.in the example of the incredibly large and sumptuous fish - which comes internally in a can with tomato sauce - we were also able to get this solid with the beaten eggs - so there are no spills and messes when consuming! What is interesting here is the interaction of the salty, sour dill pickles with the sweet tomato sauce: the Russians don't have it floating in sauce, but rather it is sparse and well-measured.Unfortunately, German food has a lot of sauce and very little fish.Russian food has a lot of fish and very little sauce: that is much better!for vending machines! :-)and for consumers!everything we have tried is easy to digest and not a burden.the Russian fish shown in the picture doesn't look like fish at first - it is smoked, salted and pickled!it has a consistency like schnitzel meat!but it smells and tastes very good of fish: we want to pickle it ourselves, preserve it.....with the two constructions - we want to serve the finished product warm or hot: the two-part form - one opaque, one transparent - is needed because of the machine processing: we cannot use the shell constructions that are common today for closing, i.e. with a lid on a thermoforming film - and we don't want to!it is closed with silikom profiles in a T shape, the lower form and the upper form are clamped together.step, igs, stp, jpeg
