Form 1 / CTC Riverside Build Tray
thingiverse
I needed a custom tray for my CTC Riverside SLA printer, essentially a Form1 duplicate. The asking price was a bit steep considering what appeared to be merely some acrylic and tape, so I decided to create one myself. Below are various formats, which I designed using Sketchup, but required a DXF for my laser cutter to cut it out accurately. It is best if this tray is fabricated from 1/8 inch or 3 mm thick acrylic and the large plate should be covered on the inside surface with silicone non-stick tape. After assembly (with acetone welds), I secured the edges with flexible rubber adhesive called Shoo Goo brand sealant.
