Forklift with rotation for EEZYbotARM MK2

Forklift with rotation for EEZYbotARM MK2

prusaprinters

This is a remix of the Adapters with rotation for EEZYbotARM MK2 (Mantis Gripper, etc) (on Thingiverse) to fit the EEZYbotARM MK2 robotic arm (on Thingiverse). It gives you the option to pick up scaled down pallets or anything else you can think of to pick up with forks. I used a TGY-R5180MG servo from Hobbyking.com in the "adaptor_base" to make the forklift attachment rotate. For pallets I created a 1/14th Scale Standard US Pallet hereand a1/16th Scale Standard US Pallet hereThey are both a good size for this attachment. For the pallets make sure you print the one of each that has the "planks" (deck boards) underneath it as well as on top. Otherwise, they will just fall off the forks if you rotate the forks. When slicing there is no need for supports EXCEPT for the "adaptor_base", if you orient the pieces the same way that I did in my slicer (see photo in the photo section). Purchased Parts: • 4pcs M3-10mm countersunk screw• 4pcs M3 Hex Nut• 1pcs M4-35mm button head screw• 1pcs M4 Hex Nut• 2pcs 624 Bearing• 1pcs TGY-R5180MG servo (or equivalent servo) Printed Parts: • 1pcs adaptor_base• 1pcs adaptor_EBAmk2_008_link147• 1pcs adaptor_gear_base• 1pcs adaptor_gear_v3• 1pcs adaptor_ServoMount• 1pcs backrest_adaptor_bottom• 1pcs backrest_adaptor_top• 1pcs backrest• 2pcs fork_x2 I also included a .STEP file for the fork_x2, so you can make any tweaks that you might need to make to have it fit or work better based off your printer's tolerances. Print Settings Printer Brand:PrusaPrinter: i3 MK3Rafts:NoSupports: NoResolution:0.3mmInfill: 30%Filament: Prusament PLA  Post-Printing ============= Before assembly, super glue the "backrest_adaptor_bottom" and "backrest_adaptor_top" into the corresponding grooves on the "adaptor_ServoMount".The "backrest_adaptor_bottom" will glue into the the smaller of the two rectangular grooves on the "adaptor_ServoMount".And the "backrest_adaptor_top" will glue into the wider of the two rectangular grooves on the "adaptor_ServoMount". Before you glue the assembled "adaptor_ServoMount" with the "backrest_adaptor_bottom" and "backrest_adaptor_top" to the "backrest" make sure the "backrest" is orientated the proper way.The long flat part of the "adaptor_ServoMount" should be on the top pointing up to the the top of the "backrest".Super glue the ends of the "backrest_adaptor_bottom" and "backrest_adaptor_top" into the corresponding rectangular grooves on the back of the "backrest". After the "adaptor_ServoMount", "backrest_adaptor_bottom", "backrest_adaptor_top", and "backrest" have been correctly glued together you can proceed to assembling the rest of the Forklift Attachment. For assembly instructions please refer to the exploded 3D design photo in the photo section.
