Toyota Forklift 5FD25 - 1/32 Model -------------------------------------------------------- The model is crafted in 1/32 scale precision. Pictures showcase a model printed at the exact same scale, demonstrating its accuracy and attention to detail. For LGB-gauge enthusiasts, this model can be printed enlarged with a factor of 1.33, resulting in a stunning 1/24 scale representation that seamlessly integrates with 4mm axles. However, if another scale-factor is chosen, axles and rims must be carefully drilled according to the size specified. Additional required components include: - 3mm metal axles (4mm for LGB-size scaled models) - 1 mm hard wire for creating additional control-levers To bring this model to life, print it using standard PLA. The tires demand TPU for optimal performance. The parts are neatly separated according to their original colors. If desired, filament in dark-blue and orange can be used instead of spraying the parts with paint. Two options exist for printing the mast: movable or static. Movable cylinders require more printer expertise; if uncertain about printer capabilities, opt for the static version (visible in the exploded view). Assembly involves the following steps: - Glue the body parts together. - Design the mast to be movable, allowing it to pivot freely. - Connect the mast and fork components using a simple press-fit joint. - Insert the fork-parts into the center of their holder and gently push them towards the side. - Carefully insert the rear axle at an angle of approximately 15°. It will automatically lock in place once horizontal.
