Step 1: start on the front plane make a rough sketch put your dimensions in and when you draw the circles make sure you make a centerline that connects both of their middle points and boss extrudeStep 2: with the circle on top your gonna create another circle that the same size at the outside of the part and create a line that's the correct distance away from the midpoint of the circle and connect the line too the circle, trim away excess and cutStep 3: now you'll mirror step 2 with the mirror toolStep 4 : go to the right plane sketch out your rectangle with proper dimensions and cut Step 5: for the last step go back too the front plane and click on the face of the object and use the offset entities tool and apply proper dimensions and cut then mirror like in step 3
