Fork Seal Bullet - Motorcycle Repair Tool [All Sizes 36-48mm]

I made a few of these custom parts for repairing and rebuilding my motorcycle forks. They're an excellent little tool that helps prevent fork seals and dust seals from getting damaged during installation. I included 3D files for all the most common fork shaft diameters: 36mm, 41mm, 43mm, 45mm, 46mm, 47mm, and 48mm. When I saved the .STL file, I used a higher resolution part with more triangles than my initial pictures. You can see the .STL segmentation on the part that I used. Even so, I still recommend sanding your parts to ensure a smooth transition and prevent seal lips from catching. To make installation easier, I applied grease to the seal bullet. To print these custom parts, place them upside-down on the printer bed with the thick portion facing down. You won't need any supports.
