We've got a critical issue at work - our lift's key broke! To fix it, I used calipers to take precise measurements and then redesigned the part using Fusion 360. So far, I've only tested it with PLA material, but I'm confident it will work in an emergency. Just remember that repeated use will eventually cause it to fail. However, if you need more than a couple of uses, try coating it with XTC-3D - it's incredibly strong! In fact, the one I coated is still going strong. Keep in mind that this solution only works on Hyster lifts, which is what I've tested it on.
