http://www.tektro-usa.com/category.php?catid=188&productid=1096 Four versions of this, a Tektro "Adjustable Fork Crown Cable Hanger," were designed and tested. My reference image is provided. The first version is almost an exact replica. These are designed to fit any standard brake barrel adjuster. A cutout was added to make installation and removal of the cable much faster. They will not screw in, so do not force them. Using the locknut, you can achieve the same adjustment effect without threading these pieces together. I have not tested their performance under vibration or long rides, and neither should you unless you machine them yourself. If you are doing that, resize the hole to be small enough and tap it. Only the fourth version worked, but it required a specific steel piece that was originally used as a reflector mount. I bent this piece into shape and mounted the 4th version to it with a 5 mm bolt and locknut. It was difficult to bend the steel by hand, but when I mounted it, applying the front brake easily bent the steel bracket. I do not recommend this either. The plastic whitened at the 90-degree bend, indicating some wear, but it never broke. I removed it before that may have happened. If you're still curious and promise to take safety precautions, contact me and I'll show you how this version came together. Please note: DO NOT MAKE THIS THING VIA 3D PRINTING. IT WILL BREAK OR FAIL TO BRAKE AND IS UNSAFE. How I Designed This http://www.tektro-usa.com/category.php?catid=188&productid=1096 Reference. The only version that worked is shown in the image. Note the whitening at the corner. It's a heavy, thick piece of steel, but it still bent considerably under braking forces. Assembly and Materials Use a long 6 mm bolt so the head recesses, and a locknut or recessed nut if you have that kind of fork. Safety Since these are unsafe, use them only as decorative models or reference models, or use CNC milling with aluminum at least. They are not usable when 3D printed. Safety disclaimer: use at your own risk. The first three versions are completely unreliable when 3D printed. Do not try to brake with these. They will almost certainly break unless you machine them yourself. Just inserting the 6 mm post bolt cracked the plastic axially.
