Here's basically what I wanted to do with the basic helmet to begin with, and it's still on track. The details for this helmet were also added to the blender file in the generic helmet post, which is now complete. To get better results, I've been experimenting with printing some of the heads and then re-scaling them to 96% before slicing - this seems to give a more accurate outcome after resin expansion has taken place.
