I designed custom truck badges for my 6.2L Ford trucks using TinkerCad, and they print flawlessly at any resolution without supports. My only concern with this design is its large build size of 9 x 6 inches, which makes it prone to warping due to its flat nature. To prevent this, I recommend a hot build plate set at 65C. I also used the "brim" setting in Cura for added anti-warp protection. Scaling up or down should be straightforward as long as you scale correctly. Feedback is always appreciated!
