Ford ST emblem keytag. While the resolution isn't perfect, it looks decent when printed on a Duinotech TL4090 printer set to layer height 0.25mm, path width 0.35mm with one extra shell, no raft, and 10% infill. The dimensions are approximately 2 inches long x 7/8 inch wide x 1/8 inch thick. The settings used were effective for this project but should also work well for most other designs, considering the file resolution is a bit rough. It's not worth printing at maximum resolution due to the image quality. This keytag was designed using a .JPG image processed in 3D Builder and 123D Design.
