Ford SMax MK1/WA6 roof rack slot cover

Aug. 03 2023 - uploaded new version where the cover is shortened by 1mm. The first picture shows the new parts mounted on a car. The second picture shows the original parts - showcasing good parts on left side and damaged parts on right side of the picture. The screws of the slot covers on my Ford S-Max MK1/WA6 can be pushed through the cover and also the coin/screwdriver slots are damaged. I decided to model replacement parts. When doing so, I realized that I could prevent the problem of pushing the screw through the cover by extending the screw with 6mm. I then also discovered that the threads (a tiny lip/knob) are damaged on most of the covers. So I modelled the cover as well. Everything was printed with PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, 100% infill. I was able to print everything without support with one type of PETG, while with another type I needed to add support between the print bed and the lowest overhang of the screw as the overhang would otherwise warp upwards. The screw will work with the original covers as well. The last file is the Sketchup model. The parts were made for a 2013 S-Max with a panorama roof window, but I guess it should fit similar S-Max MK1/WA6 2007-2014 that has fixpoint roof rack attachments.
