Simple tool to help remove Ford rearview mirrors. Squeezes the tab on the underside without putting too much pressure against the glass. The height of the mounting tab is not 100% consistent. Even a genuine OEM replacement windshield may be a different height -- my replacement windshield used double-sided tape instead of glue. Adjust the Z-scale or use paper shims to adjust as needed for your specific car. Soapy water will help reduce friction. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Filament: 3D Solutech PLA Eggplant Notes: Doesn't really matter what it's printed in. Went with slightly higher infill for strength. Post-Printing ============= Jam in the bottom side of the mirror base as far as you reasonably can, then slide the mirror up towards the headliner (wiggle a little if necessary) Category: Automotive
