Badge designed specifically for the 6.0L Ford Powerstroke engine, created using TinkerCad software. The finished badge measures approximately 6 inches in length and 4 inches in width. The picture above shows the badge with its brim still attached; I decided to keep it as it adds a nice touch. Print Details: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa Mendel I3 Rafts: No rafts were used during printing. Supports: None were necessary for this print job. Resolution: The print resolution was set at .3mm. Infill: The infill density ranged from 20% to 30%. Notes: This badge was printed with a .4 nozzle, featuring two outer shells and two top and bottom layers. White PLA filament was used at a temperature of 210C, while the heated bed was set to 55C. Printing with a brim is recommended to prevent curling; however, I did not experience any issues during this particular print job.
