Ford Power Window Regulator Gear Plug

If your old Ford has power windows that no longer work, it's possible that the Gear Plugs have fractured. To fix the issue, you can either order new parts and wait for them to arrive or create replacement components using a 3D printer. To print the necessary parts, design three small nubbins with simple geometries. Once printed, these nubbins should restore your power window functionality. I've had success printing mine from PETG material, which performed well in the repair. For optimal results, make sure to print them solidly.
