Ford Power Junction Block
thingiverse
The 1969 Ford Ranchero I hauled home a while back required some electrical work to be done. Rodents had gotten inside, you see. So, I needed to disassemble the stock junction block; it's been sitting in the sticks for nearly two decades, and the nut was rusted tight as can be. I managed to remove it and created a replacement out of PLA. Take a 5/16" bolt and cut the head so it forms an oblong shape, then place that inside the void within the central piece. Use epoxy to hold everything in place. This design is relatively straightforward; you could probably combine the top two pieces into one depending on your printer's overhang capabilities.
