Printed with PLA at 60c bed temperature and 190c extruder, using a 4mm skirt. Infill of 25% is ideal for strength and robustness. Using ABS or flexible materials might allow less infill, but it's not necessary. Printing time is approximately seven minutes. A coat of epoxy on the face gives a nice shine and fills in any gaps. The design consists of three parts: base, car, and writing. The base is a 70mm x 30mm x 2mm rectangle created from a primitive shape. A cylinder with a radius of 1.5 or 2 mm and any desired height can be used to cut the hole in the base, or a drill could be employed instead. The car design was taken from a picture and made into a stencil, which is then placed on top of the base at a height of 3mm. The writing is also 2mm tall and sits on the base. All dimensions can be adjusted to suit your needs, and the design scales up easily, but it's best not to make it much smaller as details become lost during printing.
