If your Ford car key has snapped and you're not keen on shelling out $100+ for a replacement, this solution is worth trying. Just print it out, slip your existing key into the empty slot, and you'll be back in business. If you still feel like splurging with the cash you've saved, hit the town or donate to charity - the choice is yours (or do both). It's best to print this design solidly using PETG or ABS filament; while PLA will still work as a last resort, printing it solid is recommended. Supports are unnecessary if your printer has adequate cooling. The STL model is already optimized for maximum results, so there's no need to rotate the design. This fix works seamlessly for most Ford Explorer, Escape, and other Ford keys.
