This is an excellent Key Hanger with 3 Key Arms for 3 Keys, proudly showcasing the Ford Logo. It also features 2 convenient slots for two screws, making it easy to hang securely from your wall. To ensure hassle-free installation, I've included a PDF file with precise dimensions and a 1:1 scale template, enabling you to accurately position drill holes in your wall. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: At least 30% is recommended Notes: I've carefully added a subtle chamfer on the backside, making it easier to remove from the heated bed. To achieve optimal results, I highly recommend slicing this model with Simplify 3D, as you can create custom supports. In fact, I removed the internal supports in the back holes, which would have been a challenge to remove. The remaining supports under the key arms are more than sufficient. Post-Printing The outcome is truly remarkable! However, I've realized that printing with an infill of over 15% would have produced better results, as there were too many holes for the printer to bridge. Nevertheless, I'm impressed by how well it turned out. Design Process I designed this Key Hanger using Fusion 360. Starting with a simple shape, I incorporated the Ford logo as an SVG file and embossed it onto the key hanger.
