I redesigned part number BM51-A31066-A from a Ford Galaxy after finding that the original designs kept snapping off on the T pins. To address this issue, I strengthened the T pins by making them significantly thicker, resulting in a much stronger overall design. The increased thickness of the T pins does not pose an issue with them protruding further, as they fit into a hollow area. When printing these redesigned clamps, it's recommended to orient them with the T pins facing down. This approach may result in more support material being generated, but this excess will break away easily during removal, and the final surface finish will be superior.
