Ford Galaxy 2.3, 2001, Automatic Transmission While disassembling the automatic shift lever a plastic part broke. My garage was not able to obtain a spare part. I used the remains to recreate a spare part. I used a vernier caliper to measure part dimensions - and built the part in OpenSCAD. After a few test print iterations the replica and the original were identical down to 0.1mm. The part fit perfectly during assembly. I hope ABS durability in a car environment is good enough to survive a year or two.
