Ford Fiesta ST Differential Bearing Install Tool

Created a tool based on a photo of the Ford service tool (Rotunda OTC 205-062) and based on the measurements I found from both my original open differential and my limited-slip differential. In order to install the differential bearings onto the LSD, I placed the LSD in the freezer to cool it down and heated the diff. bearings to 170°F to press them with the 3d printed tool backed with a 2"x4" wood block and a hammer. The part was printed with PETG with 35% infill with 4 layer walls to ensure that the pilot did not break inside of the differential. My first iteration required light sanding on the pilot to fit but I slightly made it smaller in this version. Be cautious if printing with PLA as it may not withstand the forces.
