Ford Fiesta MK6 ST150/XR4 Jacking Point cover (Front)

<p>Plastic cover replacement for the jacking point hole in the side skirt of a Ford Fiesta MK6 ST150/XR4 2004-2008. There is one version for front right (FINIS 1354162) and one for front left (FINIS 1354166).</p> <p>It is not an exact replica but a version optimized for easier printing and more robust mounting.</p> <p>The cover has to be post-processed further:</p> <ul> <li>support material has to be removed</li> <li>(optional: check that it actually fits before continuing with the more labor intensive work)</li> <li>sides and outer wall has to be sanded down to have a smooth surface</li> <li>surfaces have to be cleaned carefully to remove any oil or dust</li> <li>use primer to prepare the surface</li> <li>paint it with the same color as the side skirt</li> <li>use clear lacquer to finish the cover</li> </ul> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>Qidi X-MAX</p> <p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>Doesn't Matter</p></div> <p><strong>Supports:</strong></p> <p>Yes</p> <p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>0.08mm</p></div> <p><strong>Infill:</strong></p> <p>30% Gyroid</p> <p><strong>Filament:</strong></p> Geeetech PLA <p>white</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>The support was printed with an Support Interface to make it easier to remove it.
