My pin lock cracked and I was able to retrieve the parts so I could reproduce them. This design is made in three parts, two shells and a nut. On the shells the inside wings are meant to be fit together and slide into the key (the red plastic part from the original peace’s), the pin (metal part from the original peace’s) should fit snugly against the notch inside the barrel produced by sandwiching the two shells together, it may be necessary to sand down the notch slightly so you can still pull the pin outward once assembled, this design seemed a more stable option then the original locking pin design.
