Ford Explorer 11-15 Bi-LED: Koito 3" LED Brackets

These are custom brackets to accommodate Koito Bi-LED 3" headlight units within modified Ford Explorer 2011-2015 headlight housings. I opted for headlights sourced from Ebay, as original equipment is prohibitively expensive. To integrate the Koito LED, disconnect the front wire of the unit, remove the glass lens component and top flat metal bracket, then secure the body of the LED light to the bracket, replace the flat metal bracket, and tighten it in place. The fit is exceptionally snug. Drilling holes for screws that will fasten the light to the bracket is necessary. I highly recommend printing these brackets using black ABS or ABS/PC plastic, as this material is commonly utilized in automotive components. It's uncertain whether these custom brackets fit identically within original Ford headlight housings versus aftermarket alternatives when opened.
