Ford Emblem Backup Camera
pinshape
Printed using ABS. Infill: don't remember. I really like backup cameras on newer Ford trucks. My truck is too old (2007 F-150). So, I printed my own. I designed this to use a backup camera from Amazon. The print required some sanding to get the camera to fit snugly in its hole. Also, I drilled a 1" hole directly behind the emblem for the cables. In case Amazon changes the link to this item, it's sold by RAAYOO and has model # RYL002. I'm still new to printing. This wouldn't have been possible without my brother-in-law, who walked me through Fusion 360. I used Tinkercad to make the hole for the camera. I'm realizing now that I printed this with settings thinking it was ABS... it's PLA. That's why it's not smooth at all. So when this one doesn't last the summer, I'll just print a new one with ABS or something better than that. Like I said, still learning.
