This is a replacement for a rear tray bracket in a Ford C-Max 2016. The original brackets can become loose sometimes, causing them to disappear. short story: Developed entirely by me, this works flawlessly - we machined the part, so the .stl files remain untested but should perform well, otherwise please contact me. instruction: - print or machine the 2 pieces - install them in the rear tray - bond them together - finished =) long story: As a bracket in my car was missing I had two choices - ordering one from the United Kingdom or attempting to draw and print one. As you can see, I decided on the latter. Fortunately, I'm extremely happy with the result - it works perfectly. Some improvement steps were made along the way to make it a precise fit. As a bracket, it consists of 2 pieces that must be secured together. There's limited space for screw holes, so I chose to bond them together and it functions flawlessly. First, I considered 3D-printing it, but a friend suggested CNC-milling it, which is quicker and the result is quite impressive. 3D printing should also work well. I created the model from scratch. Measured with a caliper rule and drew in Rhino.
