Ford air vent - ranger explorer sport trac
thingiverse
After witnessing numerous individuals selling these products without offering customization options or charging extra for the service, it seemed like a wasted opportunity. I decided to take a factory vent and design it using CAD software, which is typically used for creating car interior parts. Given its intended use, I believe this product would be best printed in ABS or PETG with low layer heights to achieve high-quality results and minimize layer lines. This basic vent design lacks side-to-side air direction, leaving room for the end-user to customize it according to their needs - perhaps adding a gauge pod, control panel, or digital display. I will continue updating this set of files as I develop new variations. If you appreciate my work, feel free to show your appreciation by making a donation through PayPal at paypal.me/josephmhayden.
