I designed this Timing Chain Wedge Tool for all 2004 and up Ford 4.6L & 5.4L, 3 Valve modular engines to make a tough job easy. It enables quick and effortless removal of the timing cover, allowing for Easy Cam Phaser replacement without a hassle. Plus, it lets you remove the camshaft without losing chain tension. All you need is 3ft of #10-24 threaded rod, nyloc nuts, and a small handle to complete the tool. Assemble according to the pictures and bend the threaded rod to make installation a breeze. Note that only printing in Flexible PLA, nylon, or ABS will ensure the tool's durability.
