Forbidden Island interlocking card plate
thingiverse
If you haven't played Forbidden Island by Gamewright Games, I highly recommend it! It's relatively affordable, simple to set up, and an absolute blast to play. The concept is that the players (2-4) aren't competing against each other; instead, they're working together to defeat the board. You can check it out here: http://www.gamewright.com/gamewright/index.php?section=games&page=game&show=245. This clever interlocking plate keeps the 'island' of cards neatly organized throughout gameplay. As you turn over the cards, however, your initially tidy island quickly becomes a chaotic mess. To make things even easier, I created interlocking card holders that can be used to organize the game board. You'll need 24 for a complete setup. My design allows you to simply press down on one side or the other to pick up and flip the cards effortlessly. The assembly and disassembly process is quick and smooth. I'm not affiliated with Gamewright Games in any way, except as a satisfied customer. Enjoy your gameplay! And I just realized that I had misspelled 'Forbidden' - sorry about that! It's been corrected now.
