A refined model of an "Involute Helical Gear Generator - CW 20T 30 Deg 20 PA.SLDPRT" has been developed with global variables for CW rotation, 20 teeth, 30-degree helix angle, and 20-degree pressure angle. To customize the model, change values in the equations and perform at least two Control "Q"s. The tooth cut's path follows a helical equation-driven curve on the pitch diameter at the set helix angle. While this model provides good involute tooth form for zero helix angle, it deviates as the angle increases. The modified tooth form for helical gears is beyond current capabilities in SW modeling. Feedback is appreciated for further improvements.
