__FoxyABT - FessyFOO's Yet Another Belt Tensioner__ Belt Tensioner for Tronxy X1 and other printers using v-slot extruded aluminum rails. STL files in multiple sizes are available, covering a range of travel: 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm. Filenames vary with 'rNN' where NN represents the range of travel. The nut is identical for all designs. A single 15mm belt tensioner should suffice. However, I prefer the 10mm option as it minimizes size. The puller and case are designed to be printed upside down without supports. Ensure STL files reflect this orientation. _Caveat emptor_: Using this on a Tronxy X1's Y-axis may leave a 4mm flange, preventing the bed from reaching the edge. If you're using this feature, adjust your setup accordingly. Future redesigns aim to address this issue by incorporating a slot for the wheel and sufficient support.
