Football Kicking Tee

To celebrate next week's Superbowl (my team is playing), I've shared our homemade kicking tee design. In just two hours, my son and I transformed an idea into a working model using rapid prototyping. The tee folds flat for easy storage and unfolds into a 60 equilateral triangle stance with a 90-degree arm. Made with 1/2" schedule 40 PVC, you can customize the attached SCAD file for different materials. Assembly involves printing parts, cleaning them, cutting legs to appropriate length, marking and drilling joints, attaching legs and bolt, adding cleat tips and a right-angle ball holder. Now, it's time to kick your goals!
