Foot_V2.0 for prusa

<p>In order to lower the centre of gravity on the printer and therefore improve stability the Foot_V2.0. Approx. half the hight of the V1.0. Uses the same squashball as the V1.0 (pro with two yellow dots). In my opinion not as pretty but you get a lower printer position relative to it´s surface. Also it uses just one nutstone instead of two. An extension fits into the profile for a rigid fit.
