We're crafting a do-it-yourself battery spot welder here :-) The spring stands at 35mm long and boasts an outer diameter of 11.2mm, while the wire measures 0.9mm thick. The pin is fashioned from Dural girder (a material often used in aircraft models), but any metal piece will suffice, with a diameter of 8mm and a length of 56mm.
