Designed a massage roller specifically tailored for my feet after needing one desperately so I took matters into my own hands and created it from scratch. Comprised of three meticulously crafted parts, each serving a distinct purpose, I chose to design the roller around a robust F606ZZ Bearing for optimal functionality and reliability. To ensure a seamless assembly process, I carefully machined the endcaps to fit snugly onto both ends of the roller and bearings, which are pressed into their designated flanges with precise ease. For my printer, the fit is virtually perfect, with only a slight adjustment needed to account for its dimensions - a 0.3mm increment larger or smaller - thereby necessitating a bearing hole of precisely 17.3mm in diameter and side flanges measuring 33.7mm in length, pressed snugly into place within the roller. A single 6x195mm piece of mild steel rod was carefully selected for use as the bearing, which was then precision-fitted into custom-made handles featuring an inner diameter of 6.3mm to cradle the rod with comfort and ease.
