Foot Massage Roller
thingiverse
Here is a treatment for a foot affliction that affects many individuals, plantar fasciitis. People who have plantar fasciitis typically experience pain in the bottom of the heel or the arch of the foot. Some describe the pain as feeling like a bruise or an ache. The pain usually subsides once walking around begins. To alleviate this issue, simply place a massage roller on the floor, remove your shoes and while seated roll your foot back and forth across the roller. A foot roller stretches the plantar fascia and increases flexibility to treat heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. This process essentially massages the foot, encouraging blood flow and reducing tightness. The foot roller has a working width of 150mm, with wheels that are 10mm wide. This print is made from PETG 1.75mm 3DFillies black filament for the roller and Aurarum TPU (for ground traction) black for the wheels, using a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer with a 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill. I hope you find this print helpful as well.
