Foot For Prusa I3 Zonestar 7mm Frame

Foot For Prusa I3 Zonestar 7mm Frame

thingiverse

This is a remix from the "Rubber Foot Mount for Maker Farm 8" Prusa i3v Printer by KenR. The reason for this remix is that the original foot did not fit the Prusa I3 Zonestar as it has a 7mm thick frame. A groove width adjustment was made to widen it and now it fits snugly on the prusa i3 zonestar with no movement at all. If you use the original file with Cura, you need to unlock the uniform scale and change the X value from 20.0 to 24.0. Updated Cura files and gcodes have been included so that these feet can be printed either as a single or in a collection of 9 pieces with the widened 7mm slot. Printer settings are visible in one of the photos and the foot/feet came out great. A rubber pad was also added to the bottom of the feet for dampening of noise which works really well too. This print was made in PLA. Printer Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Zonestar Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 40% Notes: Printed in PLA with a 0.4 nozzle, 20% Fill Density, Print speed at 50 mm/s, Print temp 220C Bed Temp 50C.
