Foosball Table Leveler

The Foosball table was a little unbalanced at first, but now it's perfectly level thanks to some adjustments. We used the following hardware for this project: 12EA 6-32 x .25" screws (4/adjuster) 4EA 1/2 -13 x 1.5" carriage bolts (1/adjuster) 8EA 1.5" wood screws (2/adjuster) To get started, we drilled a hole for the insert using a 0.75" Forstner bit and then made a deeper hole with a 0.5" drill bit for the carriage bolt to extend into when the adjuster is fully retracted. We installed the insert into the leg by screwing it in, and since I used a 1/2-13 tap to chase the threads in the insert, it made it very easy to install the carriage bolt onto the insert (this was not required but will make it easier to rotate the adjuster). After that, we assembled the rest of the pieces - the carriage bolt and the adjuster. We screwed them together with the 6-32 x .25" screws, then screwed the adjuster into the insert.
