Food Tokens

The game tokens for food tracking are available in 1/2, 1, and 2 denominations; each featuring units on the front side and a food symbol on the reverse. These were modeled in Carrara, exported as OBJ due to Hexagon's failure to produce usable STL files. Makerware successfully loaded the OBJ file and printed the objects using PLA at 14mm with three shells and 25% infill at a .27mm layer height. The thinness of some tokens, however, caused minor flaws in reproduction on the bottom ridge. To avoid peeling issues near the edge, these tokens were arranged in a 4x23 pattern. Unfortunately, the first two tokens on the left in the front rank were lost at approximately 75% and 90% completion, but the rest turned out fine.
