Human: Summary A decent tool for shredding or making ribbons out of moderately firm foods. Avoid using extremely soft or hard foods, as they will ruin the plastic crank's performance. Attach the knob using an M3 screw and two nuts. Glue either a holder with spikes (for harder materials) or a regular holder onto the end of the crank after pushing it through the pusher. The notch on the disc aligns with the retainer ring inside the body. Screw the ring onto the body, insert the pusher, apply pressure, and start cranking. I tested this tool with Japanese cucumber and got some nice curly strings - see photo. This is more of an experiment than a practical device, but feel free to try it out. Warning: Use at your own risk! There's a possibility that plastic particles could end up in the food. The risk of food contamination is unknown. Injury risk from using this tool is also unknown. Instructions: To print the body, use .30 layer thickness without supports. The handle needs extra support to prevent warping. Other parts don't require supports. Print the holders and slicing disc with .25 or thinner layers. Use 50% infill for the holder and solid (100%) infill for the disc. Depending on your printer, the ring might come out messy - slow down the print speed to around 80%.
