I got inspired by something on Thingiverse - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40425. The locking mechanism of the lids broke off right away, even after scaling up the model to 150 percent. My cats prefer large breed dry food, so I had to design a bigger piece. I modified one side of the tube by closing it off and added large sturdy threads to the lid and tube.
