Updated and strengthened design here https://www.printables.com/model/155753-ryobi-extruder

A Ryobi silicon gun in its intended use is very handy for running a continuous neat bead of silicon around a bath etc. A further enhancement of previous systems to enable continuous extrusion of multiple stuff through whatever shaped orifice you chose. Examples are mashed potato, bread dough, donut dough, play dough, cement, plaster, clay.

This print adapts to allow continuous potato (or other similar viscosity solids) extrusions. Only two screws hold the black silicon tube holder to the the main mechanism and one screw holds the pusher to the end of rod. Remove these two screws, remove the outer sleeve, rotate left 30 deg (J slot) and pull the silicon tube holder out. (see photos). This print slots right in. Does not rotate but uses the J slot space to add strength to the 3D print.

This print is for 600ml PET bottles. This gave a 108 inch (2.74m) continuous fry which is over 3 times any previous record. Wasn't meant to be an attempt at a world record and wasn't cooked…….kids demanded eating in 3 mins so cut it up into smaller pieces. (will do better and cook for any real record attempt)

There is food saver plug to put in on last refill to squeeze the last part of food out so there is little wastage.

Note, there can be small changes in bottle diameter so possibly may need to adjust the plunger diameter to suit your bottle.

Video in action

<oembed url="https://youtu.be/Ec_lowQqOLM"></oembed>

In theory you can extrude many materials through this like dough, herbed dough, doughnut dough, chickpea dough, clay, playdough, cement but as of posting design have not tested the
