Some 3D software defaults to using a fixed path for texture location as defined in the 3D model file, which can lead to issues when transferring models between different computers. Since we're using varied machines, the software might misinterpret that the 3D model has lost certain textures, causing it to appear with grey or black surfaces devoid of material. Fortunately, some other programs are designed to search automatically within the same folder for any missing texture maps. If you do happen to miss a critical texture during importation into your 3D host software, simply navigate manually to the extracted .zip or .rar archive since these texture maps require placement in the exact directory designated within the 3D model.
