Fomorian Observer

The Fomorian Observers are the scouts for Balor's troops. They are spherical creatures that levitate about two meters off the ground, have long tentacles and a single, large eye surrounded by teeth that open and close like a mouth. Led by the brothers Goll and Irgoll, they are sent on reconnaissance missions and are able to share everything they see with the Fomorian generals. The tips of their leaf-shaped tentacles have a side coated with spikes that they use to grab and immobilize enemies. They are also capable of shooting the spikes they have in their mouths, around their eyes, from a considerable distance. However, when they do, they will drop dead soon after. The Fomorians are creatures from another plane who came to Alavar through an open portal in the cave of Corcu Belgotan, on the edge of the Kingdom of Argor.
