Today we will explore installing 0.8 gear to a Zeiss Pentacon 50 f4 lens. The idea is to make this lens compatible with modern follow-focus motors that use the 0.8 gear ratio. Very interesting but weird setup to use a medium format lens in a micro 4/3 camera. But the results are astonishing. I opted to use two adapters from the pentagon to m42 and then I could find a focal reducer relatively cheap from m42 to m4/3. Works like a charm.
