Follow focus mod and full adaptation for Angenieux ST-HEAND AX Type 65

Today we will explore installing 0.8 gear to an Angenieux ST-HEAD AX Type 65 lens. The idea is to make this lens compatible with modern follow-focus motors that use the 0.8 gear ratio. This kit of parts also includes the components to mount the lens to a Chinese helicoid and a clamp, links will be provided below. You could build the clamp with a 3d printer but I had this metal one here and I definitely prefer them whenever possible. In addition, I am including in the kit a 95mm adapter rig to use this lens with the small rig or Tilta matte box.
