I decided to update my spring-adjustable bed mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1102612), ditching the Z-probe for good and giving the E3D mount a complete overhaul for my second 40mm fan. This new design makes maintenance a breeze, as well as nozzle adjustments - it's ridiculously easy! At first glance, it might look flimsy, but don't be fooled: I've been printing at a blistering 120mm/s with high acceleration without any issues whatsoever! Take a gander at this test print of a 15mm column (vase mode, 40 mm/s speed, 0.3mm layer, PLA, 180C) - you'll see just how big of an improvement the upgraded cooling system has made! I'm using extreme speeds even for such short loops, with the active cooling working its magic - this is definitely noticeable in real-world printing results. I can attest that my cooler, as seen in this video: https://youtu.be/2ZJ6g_MUM1s, makes all the difference when printing at breakneck 120mm/s speeds!
