Folgertech Kossel 2020 Smart LCD Controller Enclosure

I'm impressed by wakuhn's Kossel 2020 Smart LCD Controller Enclosure (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1237708), but I didn't want to disassemble my Delta Printer to attach the enclosure, so I took the easy route and added some tabs on both sides. Then, I used insert t-nuts to secure it to the 2020 frame. The original LCD knob was a bit of a challenge to fit, so I designed a custom one using: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1297336, which is also included here. I printed everything out in Gold colored PLA and used Black PLA for the button and Knob. To get the knob to fit properly, I had to open up the mounting hole a bit by hand-turning a 6mm drill bit inside it until it was just the right size.
