Recreated the parts for Rev B version in DesignSpark Mechanical, uploading both .STL and .rsdoc files online for public access in case someone wants to modify them. Installed parts printed from these models on my printer for testing purposes. Utilized original part STLs provided by FolgerTech to recreate parts, ensuring accuracy and precision. The PSU cover is specifically designed for this switch: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F4MGRRE?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00 Routed 14-gauge wires coming from the control board through mesh holes with ease, creating a tidy and organized workspace. Due to printer development status being in progress, pictures included are partially obstructed by wiring. Revised files have been separated, addressing corrections and improving overall design. Installed a blower fan for improved cooler functionality; available on Banggood at http://www.banggood.com/3D-Printer-12V-DC-50mm-Blow-Radial-Cooling-Fan-p-980653.html. The blower fan is intended to be snap-fit compatible; however, it's recommended to apply glue to secure the top and bottom of the cooler together for added stability.
